This series of three linked webinars begins with an understanding of how to use data strategically to lead ÎÚÑ»ÊÓƵ provision and foster a collective responsibility for ÎÚÑ»ÊÓƵ within your setting. The first session is presented by WSS National ÎÚÑ»ÊÓƵ Leader, Malcolm Reeve.

We explore effective leadership strategies for curriculum and middle leaders. There are also opportunities to reflect on the recent inspection landscape; reviewing case studies of settings who have experienced an Ofsted visit within the Autumn 2021 term.

Sessions are suitable for all practitioners in leadership roles, across all phases of mainstream and specialist settings.

Part 1: Malcolm Reeve, National ÎÚÑ»ÊÓƵ Leader, presenta on the key pillars of ÎÚÑ»ÊÓƵ Leadership; ÎÚÑ»ÊÓƵ Code of Practice and the effective use of ÎÚÑ»ÊÓƵ data by middle/phase leaders. 

Part 2: During this session we present case studies from ÎÚÑ»ÊÓƵCO colleagues who have had recent Ofsted inspections (Autumn Term) and reflect on key questions around collective responsibility for ÎÚÑ»ÊÓƵ. Hear from:
