This Whole School ÎÚÑ»ÊÓƵ mentoring series brings together ÎÚÑ»ÊÓƵ and Inclusion leaders working across multiple schools to reflect together, share insights, and strengthen inclusive practice across their settings. Across three online sessions, participants will explore approaches to developing inclusive cultures, building coherent systems, and using Whole School ÎÚÑ»ÊÓƵ resources such as the MAT ÎÚÑ»ÊÓƵ Review Guide - to support reflection and development across a school group. Sessions are collaborative and reflective, with opportunities for small-group discussion and shared learning.

Format:
- Three online sessions
- One hour per session
- Facilitated discussion and breakout groups

- Session 1: Leadership and Culture Wednesday 4th February, 10 - 11am
- Session 2: Systems and Processes Wednesday 4th March, 10 - 11am
- Session 3: Monitoring and Review Wednesday 18th March, 10 - 11am
