This informative session will introduce and signpost tried and tested resources from Whole School ÎÚÑ»ÊÓƵ, freely available to SENCOs / Teaching and Learning leads and CPD Leads, that will support their delivery of CPD in the next academic year. The webinar will provide, month by month, an overview of key milestones and what training can be planned to support staff in school to ensure that their ÎÚÑ»ÊÓƵ students’ needs are met and they make progress in their learning.

Objectives

To support SENCOs / Teaching and Learning leads and CPD Leads:-

  • by inspiring them with the range and variety of resources available that will help them to develop the knowledge and expertise of their staff
  • in planning their CPD calendar to ensure that key ÎÚÑ»ÊÓƵ milestones are met

Desired Outcomes

SENCOs / Teaching and Learning leads and CPD Leads:-

  • are confident in prioritising CPD for ÎÚÑ»ÊÓƵ
  • select resources to upskill their staff

There is time within CPD school calendar to equip staff with the knowledge and expertise they require to support their learners with ÎÚÑ»ÊÓƵ

The webinar provides ideas about training opportunities for a range of staff in school – TAs, Leadership teams, class teachers etc

Suitable for: Assistant Head Teacher, Consultant, Deputy Head Teacher, Governor, Head Teacher, Inclusion Manager/Leader, Newly Qualified Teacher, SENCO, Support staff, Teacher
